Mounds View Business Improvement Loan
Business improvement loans are available to Mounds View businesses. This loan is for existing businesses of at least two years and for properties only in Mounds View. The loan can be used for exterior and interior improvements at a minimum of $10,000 and a maximum of $50,000. The Mounds View EDA participates in the loan by providing ½ the loan amount at a 2% interest rate.
